A day in the life: Laborer

Laborer are considered one of the lowest beings on all of Psyarchi. They are mainly responsible for building and harvesting materials needed to construct structures. Like marines, all laborers are genetically engineered to be the exact same with traits geared toward longevity. A laborer at birth is fitted with a special protective suit that protects them from all types of different hazards located on the planet Xaos (Mainly Radioactivity). Also similarly to marines, Laborers are stored in a state of unconsciousness in large underground chambers until full potential is reached. Laborers work outside of the psychic forcefield so the great 7 constantly control their every move. They are also in charge of harvesting the hazardous material of Tiberium located on the outskirts of the psychic forcefield. This Tiberium is used to provide power for the vast capital city of the Psyarchi society. In order to convert Tiberium into energy, it is vaporized at a temperature hotter than the sun and sent to a reactor that provides power. Similarly to marines, Laborers are automatically attached to nutrient pods sent out from within the forcefield when needed. After laborers construct something successfully, the forcefield is extended to cover this area and scientists are able to occupy the new space.
